How are companies selected for the index?

”the qualification of a stock to be added to the index is determined by quality, valuation, price momentum indicators, multi-bagger potential, qualitative analysis and market cap,” and, ”the rebalancing of the MSM index occurs on an active basis, not just quarterly or monthly.”
